McEnearney Associates (now Corcoran McEnearney) is a luxury real estate agency. I worked as a Graphic Designer at the Alexandria, VA location.

Problem

McEnearney Associates needed marketing materials that reflected the sophistication of its brand while supporting a high volume of agents, listings, and campaigns. The challenge was to maintain a refined and cohesive visual identity across both print and digital platforms while adapting to unique needs.

Process

Working as a Graphic Designer at the firm, I created a broad range of branded materials including property marketing collateral, digital campaigns, multimedia assets, and customizable templates. Collaboration with agents and other teams was central to the process, translating listing narratives into elevated visual experiences that aligned with the company’s luxury positioning.

Solution

The resulting work strengthened McEnearney’s visual presence across client-facing platforms and marketing channels. Through cohesive branding and thoughtful design systems, we maintained a unified and elevated identity while showcasing individual properties and campaigns.
